What are the different immigration programs available to me?
Choosing a program can be a daunting task. Upon assessing your situation, a Crawford immigration expert will be able to take the stress out of this process for you. There are numerous immigration programs available depending on your own personal situation (family class immigration, economic immigration, immigration on humanitarian and compassionate grounds, etc.). A Crawford immigration expert will be able to advise you on which program would be best for you and your family. The three main types of economic immigration programs are outlined below.
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Individuals are assessed on the basis of their education, work experience, knowledge of English and/or French and various other factors that will assist them in becoming established in the United States. For further information on eligibility criteria please contact Crawford Immigration.
The United States Experience Class
Temporary foreign workers or foreign students who have graduated in the United States are eligible to apply for permanent residence in this category. There are various criteria that must be fulfilled in order to qualify under the United States Experience Class. The National Occupational Codes (NOC) eligible for this category are Skill Type O, Skill Level A & B, with the exception of a few hospitality and food service based positions. For further information on eligibility criteria and NOC requirements please contact a Crawford immigration expert.
Provincial Nominee Programs
Provincial Nominee programs are employer and provincially driven programs which allows for them to nominate individuals who wish to settle in a particular province. Applications can be made through immigration consultants but must be submitted and processed through the particular province you wish to settle in. Each province has its own programs and eligibility criteria. Your application will be assessed on various factors, similar to the Federal Skilled Worker program. For further information on how to apply and/or eligibility criteria, contact a Crawford Immigration expert. -
How long will the immigration process take?
The process is not a one size fits all process. Processing time depends on your personal circumstances, availability of personal documentation and government processing times in both the United States and the United States Visa offices in your home country. A Crawford immigration expert will be able to estimate how long it will take for you to obtain your visa for permanent residence once an assessment of your situation is made. For more comprehensive processing times please contact a Crawford immigration expert to tailor a program to your individual needs.

Crawford immigration experts are highly experienced professionals and currently have a 100% success rate with their permanent residency applications.
We take great care and exercise due diligence when conducting the initial assessment and making a judgment on an individual's permanent residency eligibility. In saying this, WE ONLY accept applications that we believe will yield a SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME based on our initial assessment. Under NO circumstances will we move ahead and charge a fee to an application that we feel will not have a greater than 99% chance of acceptance. This would be highly unethical, damaging your chances of a new life in the United States and damaging to our professional reputation. -
